    Dr Adam Zagorecki has an MSc in Computer Science from Bialystok University of Technology, Poland and a Ph.D. in Information Science from University of Pittsburgh. His past industry experience includes Intel Research and HRL Laboratories.     Jacek Bartosiak, NCSS took part in the Key Opinion Formers on Maritime Security Forum organised by NATO HQ in Wales, the participants visited also MARCOM HQ and NATO HQ in Brussels. The purpose of the Forum was to gather a group of maritime oriented experts that will stay up to date with the current NATO maritime operations.
